【產(chǎn)品簡介】

PBS（phosphate buffered solution）即磷酸鹽緩沖液，是使用最為廣泛的一種緩沖液，能夠提供相對穩(wěn)定的離子環(huán)境和pH緩沖能力，主要用于分子克隆及細(xì)胞培養(yǎng)等。PBS的pH為 7.2-7.4，與人體血液等滲，主要成分為KH₂PO₄、Na₂HPO₄、NaCl以及KCl，Na₂HPO₄和KH₂PO₄有二級解離，緩沖的pH值范圍很廣，而NaCl和KCl主要作用為增加鹽離子濃度。本產(chǎn)品為10×工作液，不含鈣鎂離子，經(jīng)過濾除菌處理，可稀釋后使用。

【使用方法】

1、根據(jù)具體實驗量取適量PBS稀釋為1×使用，注意避免微生物污染。

【注意事項】

1、在使用 PBS 的過程中要特別注意避免溶液被微生物污染。

2、PBS在低溫情況下可能會產(chǎn)生沉淀。如果發(fā)現(xiàn)有沉淀產(chǎn)生，一般置于溫浴至沉淀溶解即可,如果產(chǎn)生較多沉淀應(yīng)棄用。

3、本產(chǎn)品僅限于專業(yè)人員的科學(xué)研究用，不得用于臨床診斷或治療，不得用于食品或藥品。
