【產(chǎn)品簡介】
綿羊紅細(xì)胞是通過無菌采集抗凝綿羊血,離心后獲得紅細(xì)胞沉淀,經(jīng)等量PBS洗滌2~3次至上清透亮,最終用阿氏液配至1%綿羊紅細(xì)胞。
【使用方法】
根據(jù)具體實(shí)驗(yàn)來使用。
【注意事項(xiàng)】
1、注意不可凍融,每天需輕輕顛倒,將紅細(xì)胞輕輕搖起。
2、長途運(yùn)輸過程中劇烈震蕩可能導(dǎo)致本產(chǎn)品出現(xiàn)溶血現(xiàn)象,可以通過離心后PBS洗滌來除去破碎的紅細(xì)胞。
3、注意無菌操作,低溫保存,開封后請(qǐng)盡快使用完。
4、避免超長時(shí)間超遠(yuǎn)距離運(yùn)輸。
